More Rock Dog

The project was an adaptation of Tibetan Rock Dog, a comic-book by a chinese rock star.
The main character is a Tibetan Mastiff who is the lead singer of a rock band. That was one take on him in the previous post.
Here are a few different versions and some of the other characters.

Rock Dog Designs

About a year ago I did a couple of weeks of designs for Rock Dog. Not sure why but the version I worked on was stopped and I believe somebody else is doing a different version of it now.
I had fun doing it and I quite like some of these.

Oh,, and sorry for the long absence. I moved to Los Angeles and got myself one of them cushy DreamWorks jobs.

More Sketch Night Drawings

Tonight's harvest of pen and inkings. It's been a long time since I last used my markers. They are all drying out.

Just Sketches

From our cheap imitation Sketch Night. I was trying out pens and nibs and ink. Just for fun.
Nobody had a camera, so no photos of the artists at "work", but probably for the best.
Apart from myself the participants were -
Douglas, Israel, Paulo and Lucas.

Daan Jippe,, erh,, Danier's second Havank book is out and is BEAUTIFUL!! Along with the regular size version, Daan-ier also made a giant size album with a "making of" chapter and ALL of his rough pages!!!
